• Refusal of receipt will result in damage to the store, such as packing materials and labor costs, in addition to shipping and COD fees.
• For this reason, we will return 2,500 yen as a [delivery fee / price exchange fee / packaging material / return handling fee] if it is returned for reasons such as refusal to receive cash on delivery or due to storage expiration. Will be charged uniformly.
• If we are unable to contact you, we may take legal action if we determine that it is malicious.

• If you have a cash on delivery receipt refusal history, even if you place an order by cash on delivery, we will refuse the transfer or the transaction itself.
• Please note that we will not contact you at that time.

• ※ Normally, we bear some shipping and cash on delivery charges, so you will be charged for actual expenses.
• ※ Even if there is a free shipping label, the company will pay the shipping fee, so we will charge the actual cost.

If you fail to pay the shipping and delivery charge, etc. caused by the refusal to receive the delivery

• We will take legal action.
• After sending the proof of contents, you will be required to perform a simple trial and pay the cost of the postage and the cost of the round-trip.
