About delivery time

• If payment is completed for an order received by 13:00

1.  In both cases, only “Cash on delivery” or “Credit card payment” is selected as the payment method.
2. Depending on the order contents, it may not be possible to ship on the same day. Please note. It is not open on Sundays.
3.  Only orders and inquiry emails are accepted.

Shipment after the next business day (if any of the following applies)

In the following cases, it will be shipped after the next business day and will be delivered in about 1-2 business days.

1. For orders after 13:00 on weekdays.
2. For orders after 10:00 on Saturday.
3.  If you choose "bank transfer" as your payment method and you cannot confirm the payment at 15:00.
4. When payment is not completed normally due to payment interruption, over limit, expiration date, etc.
5. If your order is scattered in Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya and Fukuoka stores.
6.  If any other special event occurs. (Including delivery delays due to earthquakes and typhoons, delivery delays due to traffic conditions, and cases where defective products are discovered at the time of shipment)
